Narrative Description:
A well-known and very popular variety. Compact mounds approximately 15cm in height, with rounded, greyish leaves and light pink flowers which are heavily veined and support deep purple centres. Due to its compact, tidy, mounding habit this variety is perfect for beds and borders, or perhaps even as a container plant mixed in with other taller varieties.
Ideal Conditions:
Prefers full sun, or partial shade with free-draining soil or compost.
Possible Situation:
A versatile plant for all conditions, in the container with other alpines and succulents, or in the rock garden, banks or gravel gardens.
